For many of our events, we work with a fixed team of freelancers. A cancellation impacts their schedule and thus their income, but we promise them that they will be rescheduled first when you choose a new date. That’s why we prefer to work with a gift voucher – this way, everyone stays satisfied!
Cancellation is easily done by email. We will inform the facilitators and confirm the cancellation by email to you.
