Why a Gift Voucher?

For many of our events, we work with a fixed team of freelancers. A cancellation impacts their schedule and thus their income, but we promise them that they will be rescheduled first when you choose a new date. That’s why we prefer to work with a gift voucher – this way, everyone stays satisfied!

How Do I Cancel?

Cancellation is easily done by email. We will inform the facilitators and confirm the cancellation by email to you.

Do I Need to Pay a Deposit for My Event?

No, to keep administration simple, we typically send the invoice only after the team building. In case of cancellation, you will receive an invoice a few days later along with the gift voucher, which remains valid for 2 years. This keeps everything clear and flexible.

Adjust the Number of Players up to 14 Days Before Your Event

– We Update the Quote Without Any Fuss!

Is the group size changing? No problem! You can adjust the number of players up to 14 days before the event. Do you have fewer participants than expected and therefore need fewer teams? Then we’ll simply adjust the quote, without any hassle.

Are There Additional Players? Feel free to let us know, even after those 14 days! We’ll gladly check if we can provide extra materials so everyone can participate.
