The required free space depends on the team building activity you wish to book. You can find the necessary information in our information brochures. The practical information is collected on the page titled ‘practical information’.

If your team building cannot take place, we ask you to contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Only cancellations via email are considered valid. Please note: cancellation fees may be charged (see next question). If the team building cannot take place due to stricter government COVID measures, the team building will be rescheduled to another date free of charge.

The following costs will be charged to compensate for the preparation of your team building (think of administration, booking fees, reservation costs for materials and/or the facilitator…):

• More than 30 days before the event: 20% of the total amount (excl. VAT)
• Less than 30 days before the event: 40% of the total amount (excl. VAT)
• Less than 15 days before the event: 60% of the total amount (excl. VAT)
• Less than 7 days before the event: 80% of the total amount (excl. VAT)
• Less than 72 hours before the event: 100% of the total amount (excl. VAT)

For assignments that take place over a longer period, the above terms will be based on the first date of execution of the agreement.

Certainly! Most of our activities can take place outdoors. It is important, however, that it doesn’t rain during the activity and the clean-up afterwards, which isn’t always easy in Belgium! 😉 We therefore recommend always having a covered (indoor) space available as a backup.

After booking, you will receive the invoice with a payment term of 14 days via your email address. You can easily pay this by bank transfer or via the QR code on the invoice.

No, all our team building activities require an experienced game facilitator who manages the activity. This facilitator is responsible for the setup, introduction, guidance, and clean-up of the activity. This way, you can enjoy worry-free!
